Introduction

FMR-2018 is a scientific meeting traditionally organized in France (Saint Etienne in 2010 and 2011, Nice in 2012, Lannion in 2013, Lille in 2014, Orsay in 2015, ANDRA in Paris in 2016 and Mons in Belgium in 2017) and will be organized at Lab.
